A Year of Growth
In 2024, we sharpened our focus on delivering meaningful transformationacross rural Rwanda. We redesigned our leader development program to better integrate financial literacy, practical skills, and business knowledge, including savings groups and cooperative support. These changes helped more rural farmers and entrepreneurssave money, create jobs, and lift themselves out ofextreme poverty.
Two major milestones underscored the year’s progress: our one-millionth client transaction—clear evidence of rising demand—and the training of our one-thousandth leader, highlighting our commitment to nurturing effective community leaders. As we look ahead to next year, we believe that by steadily refining our programs and scaling our impact, we’re building on a strong foundation to unlock even greater potential.
