Esperance is one of our proud graduates from our Kinvest Business Leader Development Training in Gasima, having completed both Levels One and Two. Before joining the program, she saw agriculture as just a way to survive, not as a business. But through the training, her mindset shifted completely.

Now, farming is what helps Esperance take care of her family. Esperance is part of a savings group, enabling her to pay her child’s school fees. She also pays for health insurance, a step that has brought her family greater security.
Life has also become more manageable with a Kinvest water point closer to her home. “As we speak, I just came from the fields and went straight to fetch water,” she said. “Now I can get water nearby and do my chores without wasting time walking long distances.”
Esperance is now saving to open a retail shop. We are honored to be part of her journey and excited to see her continue building a brighter future.
